Things are not going so bad, having a serious craving for brie cheese though! 

Breakfast: Orange and some water
Snack: Soy Latte from Starbucks and some pistachios (one of the only nuts I am NOT allergic to)
Lunch: nothing i was working and when I finished lunch I had my snack 
Dinner: pita with hummus, veggies and falafel and some vegan black bean soup.

I am going to give Vegan a try but I need a little advice. I live at home (lived on my own before and ate healthy and fine) but since moving home its been harder to eat how I want- any tips for eating vegan in a house hold of meat eaters?

I did TERRRIBLE in 2013, I had every excuse in the books and I let that actually get in my way. Enough is enough, I am riding multiple times a week, I am starting a business, I am starting horse training now and I really need to start practicing what I preach. LETS DO THIS 2014!

I am not sorry that my main form of exercise is horseback riding and that I’ve been doing it for 18 years and that I am good at it. I’ve invested a lot of money and time and I’ve out my body on the line for years because I love it. So calling me a “privileged white girl” is disgusting and rude. I don’t go shopping, I don’t go out and drink, I don’t spend on travel - my money goes to this sport. Like anyone who plays sports it costs money, but I’ve put my money in something I love, I’m otherwise poor because of this and I am fine with that. when I was a kid ya my parents paid but they haven’t since I was 12- I HAVE! So don’t call me a privileged white girl.

I need to get back to blogging and making an effort. I can’t lean on the “I just moved and I am starting over again” lines anymore. I have been running a few times in the last month or so and I started dating someone and we go for walks at least 4 times a week so it is not like I am 100% inactive. However last night I went on my first solid run in awhile, despite feeling very sick before I left, I thought maybe I was just feeling sick because of my period. About 1km into it I got sick, but said EFF THIS and kept going. I think thats the attitude I need to have every run. even if I get sick three times in a run keep running!
Ended up finishing 3km!

Honestly if you are a bit fearless and looking for a great new way to work out (and have extra cash) take up riding! I have been doing it for 18 years and today after a hiatus was back in the saddle and LOVED every min of it. Butt and legs are sore but in reality that is muscle being re-built.
